
SUMMERFIELD Mrs. Patricia McCarter Hulon Campbell, 80, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2012, at Beacon Place.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, at the Liberty Wesleyan Church Cemetery, with Pastor David Surrrett officiating.
A Davie County native, Mrs. Campbell was born on October 5, 1931, the daughter of the late Ernest and Esther Dyson McCarter. She was retired from Lorillard Tobacco Company.
Surviving are her sons Wayne Hulon and his wife, Carol, of Greensboro, Tim Hulon and his wife, Vickey, of Madison, and Tony Hulon of Summerfield; brothers Jack McCarter of Hagerstown, MD, and Sonny McCarter of Kannapolis; six grandchildren Phillip Johnson, Dean Hulon, Jason Melton, Amber Hulon, Lauren Hulon, and Linda DeRycke, and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Roger Campbell and a brother Junior McCarter.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Dr. Peter Ennever and his entire staff, the entire staff of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, as well as Tony Hulon, Vickey Hulon, and Becky Everette for their loving care and support.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Forbis & Dick Brooke Chapel.
