GREENSBORO — Sinda Crooke Presson passed away Thursday November 15, 2012 at Camden Health and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC where she has resided for nine years.
Sinda was born September 12, 1924 in Monroe, NC to the late Frank and Carrie Crooke. Sinda was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Millon Clay Presson. She is survived by her daughter Pat McAnally (Dan), grandson Matthew Norwood (Paige) and five great- grandchildren, Hali, Mattison, Presson, Peyton and Emma.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday November 17, 2012 at McEwen Funeral Chapel, Monroe, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. at McEwen Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow at Lakeland Memorial Park.
The family would like to extend its most deepest gratitude to the staff at Camden Place, Southern Rose Section and most especially to her nurse Betty Lauer who always brightened her day with "Good morning Miss Priss!" We could not have made this final journey without her love and care.
