SILER CITY — Kathleen Brewer Williams, daughter of the late Hunter McGuire and Alice Powers Brewer died November 3, 2012.
Born in Chatham County, October 3, 1927 she attended Bennett High School and St. Leo's Hospital School of Nursing graduating in the Class of 1948.
Kathleen was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Esther Sunday School Class.
Proceeded in death by husband, Richard A. Williams, Sr., Kathleen is survived by son: Richard A. Williams, Jr. of Jerome, Idaho and daughters: Susan W. Cutler of Twin Falls, Idaho and Kathryn Jane Bottoms (Jeff) of Bennett, NC.
Kathleen is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, all of the northwest. And she is survived by her beloved companion Orsen.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 5, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery officiated by Chaplin Jamie Pierce and Reverend Tony Capehart.
