
HIGH POINT Jay Arch Jarrell, 51, of 2221 Shadow Valley Rd. Apt. #J High Point, N.C. went to be with the Lord October 4, 2012 at High Point Regional Hospital.
Memorial services will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday October 7, 2012 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Burial will be Monday October 8, 2012 at 2 p.m. in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with military rites.
A native of Forsyth County, he was a son of John Richard Jarrell and the late Jewell Dowell Jarrell and had lived in High Point for the past 13 years. An employee of United Health Group, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. A member of Church of God of Prophecy in High Point, NC, where he was a member of the finance committee. He was also an avid Duke fan.
Surviving: wife: Susan Hutton Jarrell of the home, father: John Richard Jarrell of Reidsville, NC, brothers: Ernie R. Jarrell and wife Tricia of Garner, NC, T. Ted Jarrell and wife Janice of Charlotte, NC, nieces: Sarah Jarrell, Rachel Jarrell, and Maria Jarrell, nephews: Greg Jarrell and wife Jennifer, and Adam Jarrell and wife Tracy and two great nephews.
The family will see friends following the service at Bethlehem United Methodist Church and at other times will be at the home of his father John R. Jarrell 1609 Bethlehem Church Rd. Reidsville, N.C. 27320.
