EDEN — Mrs. Idella P. Lawson, passed on June 21, 2012. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Little Bethlehem Christian Church in Eden. Burial will be in Eden Gardens Cemetery.
She was a native of Rockingham County, a member of Little Salem Christian Church and a CNA. She is survived by four daughters, Mona Lisa Payne (Jerome) of Richmond, VA, Carmen A. Price of Winston-Salem, Amanda G. Baker (Jerone) of Charlotte, Janet M. Price of Virginia Beach, VA, four brothers, James R. Broadnax and Rev. Robert S. Broadnax (Lelia) both of Reidsville, William Broadnax (Margaret) of Madison, Jesse Broadnax (Claranette) of Raleigh, two sisters, Betty B. Brim (James) and Patricia Foye both of Reidsville, five grandchildren, one great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday at Springfield Baptist Church.
