GREENSBORO — Ms. Carolyn Edna Bennett, 52, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, June 25 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
Carolyn was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and the Wednesday Night Band. She was also a member of the M.S. Society Support Group. She was an avid musician and artist. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Cranford and Elizabeth Shipman Bennett.
Ms. Bennett is survived by her sisters, Sally Faulconer and husband, Jim of Gordonville, TX, Barbara Bennett and husband, Steve Walag of Riverside, CA, Susan Gallimore and husband, Steve of Greensboro and her feline companion, Gwennie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2211 W. Meadowview Rd., Greensboro, NC 27407 or to Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 607 N. Greene St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
