Mrs. Michaux was born in Macon, Georgia to Ira Hannibal and Mary Ann Yaun Weeks. She was married to James Meade Micheaux who predeceased her in 1977. She was employed by Dow Corning for a number of years. She was an enthusiastic member of Morehead United Methodist where she was active in the United Methodist Women and the JOY Fellowship. Our Mom was a very caring person who had a kind word for everyone. She lived her life to the fullest and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Coretta Ridenhour, Esther Hughes and Sandra Nicholson who lovingly cared for our Mother during her illness. They would also like to thank the members of Hospice of Cabarrus County who provided their support and compassion.
