LIBERTY — Vaughn Zee Greene Bowman, 92, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Caregivers of Liberty.
A graveside service will be on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Howard Spray.
Mrs. Bowman was the daughter of the late Eli and Ailene Wright Greene and was also preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Bowman; daughter, Janet Durham; sister, Essie Henley and brother, Garfield Greene.
Surviving is her granddaughter, Jennifer Durham Helms (Donald) of Roanoke, VA; great-grandson, Grant Helms; great-granddaughter, Emmalee Helms and brother, John Greene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Christian Church, 1712 Pleasant-Hill Liberty Road, Liberty, North Carolina 27298.
