RANDLEMAN — Thomas Ray "Tommy" Howell, 60, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013. A service will be held Friday, January 18 at 11 a.m. at Midway Wesleyan Church Cemetery. Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman is serving the family.
