GREENSBORO — Mrs. Thelma F. Smith, 88, died February 1, 2013.
Graveside service is Saturday, February 16, 12 p.m., at Evergreen Cemetery, 2124 New Walkertown Road, Winston-Salem, NC.
She is survived by children, James G., Rhetta C. and M. Teresa Smith-Proctor; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; nephews, Harvey A. (Hayn Chong) Jones, MD and Frederick W. (Judy) Jones; as well as cousins, other relatives and friends.
