REIDSVILLE — Ruth Fitch Mabe, 85, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Annie Penn Hospital.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013, at Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Mabe was born in Caswell County to the late Charlie L. and Mary Apple Fitch. She was a beautician serving her customers faithfully for many years. A woman of faith, Mrs. Mabe loved her family and friends. She loved flowers especially, roses. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Mabe and her brother, Glenn Fitch.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Mabe of Eden; her twin brother, Ralph Fitch of Reidsville: sister, Lena Via of Eden and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no formal visitation.
