GREENSBORO - Ronald "Ronnie" John Beardslee, 29, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012.
An 11 a.m. Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 4, 2013 Forbis and Dick North Elm Street Chapel. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Ronnie was born in California on August 4, 1983 to the late Judith and Ronald J. Beardslee, Sr. He had a passion and love of sports and his focus was on being surrounded by family and friends. He also had the drive to use his humor to bring smiles to everyone he knew. Ronnie was a devoted father and husband to Mason and Lauren. To honor Ronnie's love of the 49ers, it is requested by the family that you wear red to the service on Friday.
He is survived by a son, Mason Beardslee, fiancé, Lauren Martin, brothers Travis Wheelihan, Sean Shepherd, Jacob Craig and Trent Green, as well as sisters, Stephany Clark and Brittney Patrick. He is also survived by his step-father, Mark Wheelihan.
There will be a visitation from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, at Forbis and Dick North Elm Street Chapel.
