ELON — Ms. Phyllis Ann Evans Vandling, 65, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. A celebration of life service will be held at the residence on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2 p.m. and other times they will be at the residence. Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham is in charge of arrangements.
