PEGGY SNYDER WHITLOW

STOKESDALE — Peggy Snyder Whitlow, 64, a resident of Stokesdale died Tuesday January 29, 2013. Mrs. Whitlow was born in Greensboro on August 25, 1948 the daughter of Arvis Arthur and Ruby Barbie Snyder. For many years she was a beautician and later became a certified Day Care Teacher. She was married to Donald Wayne Whitlow, Sr. who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; two grandchildren and two siblings.

Surviving are three daughters, Jennifer Whitlow McCoy and husband Steve of Eden, Stacy Whitlow Riley and husband Gary of Eden, Jessica Diane Pardue and husband Eric of Stokesdale; one son, Donald Wayne Whitlow, Jr. and wife Wendy of McLeansville; nine grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.

Graveside services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Guilford Memorial Park. Mrs. Whitlow will remain at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel where the family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time.
