GREENSBORO — Peggy Laverne Burke transformed to her most Divine Dimension of God and Light on Saturday, January 26, 2013. Her Love of Life and Peace will be forever reflected in her sculpture and paintings. To learn more about her Life, please visit her website.
Peggy is predeceased by her parents Johnie and Elsie Burke of Pittsboro, NC. She will be remembered lovingly by family and friends. Peggy received wonderful care over the years from her primary physician Elizabeth R. Vaughan MD., Verra Springs Assisted Living, Woodland Place and from her last home at Golden Living, all of Greensboro, NC.
She will be buried next to her parents in a graveside ceremony at Hanks Chapel United Church of Christ, at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hanks Chapel United Church of Christ or to any of the wonderful organizations helping animals. Arrangements will be handled by Hall-Wynne in Pittsboro.
