GREENSBORO — Funeral services for Pattie Lee Brooks Black, will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at East Market Street Seventh Day Adventist Church, at 2 p.m. Viewing will be on Friday, February 15, 2013, at Community Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and on Saturday, February 16, 2013, from 1:30 p.m. until 2 p.m., at East Market Street Seventh Day Adventist Church. The family will receive visitors from 5 p.m. utnil 7 p.m., at Community Funeral Home, on Friday, February 15, 2013.
Mrs. Black was married to the late Rev. Eugene Black. Leaving to cherish her memory is her daughters, Barbara Jean Davis and Pattie Arlene Cotton, two sisters Theresa Birden of Columbus, Ohio and Eloise Brooks of Glendale, California, a brother, Elder Charles D. Brooks of Laurel, Maryland, six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
