GREENSBORO — Mrs. Patricia Williams Smith, age 65, passed away Wednesday November 28, 2012 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday December 1, 2012 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
She was a loving and caring mother, who would do anything for anyone, and was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Wayne Smith.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Wendy Simpson of Troutman; step children Billy and Brandy Smith; grandchildren Tyler and Ian White; four step-grandchildren. Also surviving is her pet cat "Talli".
