MADISON — Linda Dale Murphy Tilley, 60, of 221 North Franklin Street, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Flat Rock United Methodist Church cemetery.
Mrs. Tilley was born September 19, 1952, in Guilford County, to Martha McBride Murphy and the late W.J. Murphy, Jr.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Ray Tilley of the home; step-children, Carolyn Brown and Cecil Tilley; brothers, Ray Murphy and wife, Martha, and Roy Murphy and wife, Diane.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday, at Colonial Funeral Home.
