RANDLEMAN — Joseph Dillard Hodges, age 71, of Level Cross died Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro.

Mr. Hodges was a native of Randolph County and retired from Duke Power Company of Greensboro after 30 years of service. Joseph attended Totally Committed Ministries in Asheboro. A special "Thank You" to Teresa Wigington for the special care and attention she gave him.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda Bowden Hodges, of the home; daughter: Lucinda Hodges of Society Hill, SC; son: Mark Hodges of Asheboro; grandchildren, Amy Prevette, Melissa Dawn Freeman, Joseph Hodges; great grandchildren, Jonathan, Gregory and Eli Hodges, Emily and William Privette, Skye, Christopher Guinn, and Ava Guinn, Ely Smith, Cheyenne and Gary Scott.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 12 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Jeff Looney officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.

The family would like to "Thank" the Randolph Health & Rehab for their loving care Joe received during his stay there.
