GREENSBORO — Jay Calvin Cockerham, 39, of 1606 Lee's Chapel Rd. Greensboro, N.C. went to be with the Lord Friday February 1, 2013 at Wesley Long Community Hospital.
Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday February 4, 2013 in Lakeview Memorial Park.
A native of Guilford, he was the son of Faye Coble Cockerham and the late J.C. Cockerham and had lived in Guilford County his entire life. He was an Auto Lube Technician and a graduate of Northeast Guilford High School.
Surviving: his mother: Faye Coble Cockerham of the home, sisters: Deborah C. Bailey and husband Steve of Elon, NC, Cynthia C. Sharpe of the home, special cousin and dear friend: Stevie Coble
The family will see friends Sunday February 3, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Citty Funeral Home in Reidsville, N.C.
