GREENSBORO — Jack B. Weaver, Jr., 73, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Moses Cone Hospital.
The family will received friends on Friday, January 11, 2013, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Chapel.
Jack was born September 5, 1939 to the late Jack and Alice Weaver in Guilford County.
In addition to his parents Jack was preceded in death by his step-father, W.D. Tippett.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia "Tippa" Weaver; daughter, Teri Gray and husband Aaron; son, Scott Weaver and wife Terri; grandchildren, Charlie, Parks, Blane, Kaley, and Cameron; brother, Chuck Smith and sister, Judy Underwood.
Forbis and Dick North Elm Street Chapel is assisting the family.
