HIGH POINT — Hilda Coleman Moorefield, 90, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Piedmont Crossing.
She was born in Rockingham County to the late James Walter and Eliza Jane Patterson Coleman. Hilda married Charles Earl Moorefield on May 22, 1945. She worked at Adam Millis in the office retiring in 1979. She was a member of the Conrad Memorial Baptist Church in High Point, and was a member of the Young at Heart.
Hilda was preceded in death by her husband and her son Bruce Moorefield.
Hilda is survived by her son Kenneth Moorefield, a daughter Linda Heath and her husband Daniel, one sister Mildred Sink, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Sechrest Funeral Chapel in Archdale followed by burial at Guilford Memorial Park in Greensboro.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
