GREENSBORO — Mrs. Elizabeth "Diane" Kersey Cronin , 56, of Greensboro, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in the Chapel of Forbis & Dick Funeral Home on North Elm St.
"Diane" was born in Greensboro in 1956 to the late Paul & Betty Garrett Kersey. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter , Sister and friend. She loved to travel and loved animals of all kinds. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters, Amy Cronin of Raleigh, Katie Cronin and partner Lori Brewster of Greensboro , son , Dennis "Patrick" Cronin, II of Greensboro, brothers, "Bobby" Kersey of Greensboro and Mike Kersey of Hickory, grandchildren, Tyler Sapp and Dennis Patrick "D.C." Cronin, III.
She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis "Mick" Cronin who passed away in 2008.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 6:50 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the service following in the chapel at 7 p.m.
