MAYODAN — Eddie Milton Joyce, Jr., 59, of 411 North 3rd Avenue, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at home surrounded by family and friends.
Mr. Joyce was born November 19, 1953, in Puerto Rico, to the late Eddie Milton Joyce, Sr., and Evelyn Joan Chisholm Joyce. He was a teacher and football coach for Calvert County Schools, Maryland.
Survivors include sons, Joseph Victor Joyce and Josiah Dennis Joyce; brother, M. Dennis Joyce; sisters, Joni Joyce Bussey (Michael), Jana Joyce Gentry and Jody Joyce and one uncle, Franklin Wray Joyce.
A private service will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Messiah.
