REIDSVILLE — Mrs. Doris Jean "Dot" Watkins Brown of 2205 Rice Road died Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
Survivors are: daughters, Tonia Foye (Don), Jacinta Faye Brown (Timothy) and Kristie Brown (James): grandchildren, Tonia Turner (Steven), Le Donimon Foye and Dy Shawn Brown; great-grandchildren, Tonia and Jamiya; sisters, Gladys Fields, Ruth Brown (Samuel) and Peggy Totten (George); brother, James Watkins; goddaughters, Jennie Lyons, Amy Ireland and Chrissy Ero; adoptive brother, Charles Henry Spinks; sisters-in-law, Viola Mae Motley, Maxine Brown, Thelma Watkins, Mattie Sue Watkins and Carrie Brown; brother-in-law, Glidewell Brown (Marjorie); special friends, Edith Williamson and Helen Stokes; other relatives and may cherished friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 from the Graves Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Badgett Sisters Parkway, Yanceyville. The family visitation will be Saturday from 2 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the church.
