BROADWAY — Delsie Brown McArthur, 83, died Friday, February 1, 2013. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Mount Pisgah Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
