RICHMOND, VA — David Eugene Beck, 49, loving husband and father, was called to heaven August 13, 2012. While his passing was sudden, the family rejoices, as by the donation of organs other lives will continue. Preceding him in death were his mother, Patricia Ann Duncan; and his grandparents, Thomas F. and Mary V. Duncan. Surviving family members include his loving wife, Teresa Beck; children, Timothy, Thomas and Teddy Groves and Shannon Gaul; previous wives, Melissa Moore and children, Jon and Patricia Beck, Tina Beck and children, Ashton and Spencer Beck; four grandchildren; brother, Timothy Beck (Grace); and sons, Bryan, Jeremy and Thomas. David worked in the trucking industry and most recently for the following companies, Forward Air Inc., R&L Carriers and Conway. David spent most of his free time working in his garage as he was an avid car enthusiast while listening to Jimmy Buffet as he worked. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18 at 2 p.m. at Oak Forest Baptist Church, 5101 Courthouse Rd., Chesterfield, Va. Following, the family will hold a cookout at the residence.
