GREENSBORO — Lois Coleen Forrest Lake, 84, passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Camden Place.
An 11 a.m. graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Coleen was born December 13, 1927 in Forsyth County to the late, Stover W. and Myrtie Forrest. She lived in Guilford County most of her life but also live in Parma Michigan. Coleen also attended Pleasant Garden School.
In addition to her parents Coleen was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Lake; brothers, Gordon H. Forrest and Jackie H. Forrest.
Coleen is survived by her brother, W. Calvin Forest and wife Julia and longtime special friend Roy Coon.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro NC, 27405.
The family would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to Camden Place Health and Rehab and Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro.
