EDEN — Camilla Jones York, 86, of Eden passed away Thursday 17, January 2013 at Rockingham Co. Hospice Home. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Reidsville.
Mrs. York was born in Spray to the late Ross and Martha Settliff Jones. Doris was retired from American Tobacco, and a member of Penn Memorial Baptist Church.
Mrs. York is survived by her sisters, Betty Sawyers of Eden, Patrica Ball of Elkin, N.C. special nieces, Nancy Carol Joyce and Mike, Amy Massey, Robin Caillouet and host of other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny W. York, and five sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. and other times at the home of the sister, Betty Sawyers 512 Carolyn Ct. Eden.
