

GREENSBORO Cameran Laine Foley, 35, departed this life on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
Cameran "Cam" was born on August 3, 1976 in San Diego, California to Patrick and Marilyn Owens Foley. After spending much of her childhood in Virginia Beach, VA, Pensacola, FL and Meridian, MS, she moved to Greensboro in 1990. Cam graduated from Southeast Guilford High School where she lettered in swimming, soccer and tennis. Following graduation from UNC-G, Cam proudly served her country in the U. S. Army. While stationed in South Korea, she was decorated and won several awards for her outstanding performance as an Intelligence Analyst. Due to health issues, she left the Army and returned to Greensboro. Cam was enrolled in a Graduate School Program at NC A/T and was due to complete her studies at the end of this year.
In her spare time, Cam volunteered at African Family Services, taught swimming at a local YMCA and spent time with her nephew, Killian.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents and sisters, Anne of Washington, D.C. and Meredith of Jackson, MS and the love of her life, her nephew Killian.
A family only graveside service is scheduled for Friday, August 3, 2012 in Graham, NC.
