GREENSBORO — Betty Jane Cyphers Krieg, aged 84, died peacefully on February 5, 2013 at Beacon Place Hospice in Greensboro, after a brief struggle with cancer. Betty was born in Haysi Virginia, the daughter of Fred and Bertie Cyphers.
Betty was a member of First Baptist Church of Greensboro. She very much enjoyed being part of the Green Valley Garden Club.
Betty is survived by Daughter, Mary; Son, Mark and his wife Mary; Daughter-in-law Phyllis, five grandchildren; brother Fred and Wife Pauline.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph (October 30, 2006) and son Bill (July 28, 2008).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her name to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
