JULIAN — Bea Allred Humble Myers, 87, of Julian passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at her home.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Union United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Greg Freeman and Rev. Keith Newell; burial will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty.
She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Gladys Reitzel Allred and was also preceded in death by her husbands, Lawrence Humble and Gene Myers and two brothers, Joe Allred and Carlton Allred.
Surviving is her daughter, Sandy Lockamy and husband, John of Liberty; son, Randy Humble and wife, Jennifer of Liberty; grandchildren, Justin Miller, Nick Humble, Hunter Lockamy and Chris Humble; sisters, Marie A. Smith of Liberty and Sue Ekas of Julian; and brothers, Boyd Allred of Asheboro, Jim Allred of Julian, Vance Allred of Franklinville, Travis Allred of Florida and Clarence D. "Junior" Allred of Asheboro.
