BROWN SUMMIT — Mr. Kenneth W. Bryson, 65, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Salisbury, NC.

A visitation with family will be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Friendship United Methodist Church, 5222 East Hwy 150 in Brown Summit, 27214 and other times at the residence.

Mr. Bryson was a resident of Brown Summit, NC, a Navy veteran and a 4-H youth volunteer leader in Rockingham County prior to his extended illness.

Surviving are his wife, Gail Steelman Bryson of the home; his pride and joy, daughter, Beth Cable and husband Wesley of Brown Summit; his son, Buddy Bryson of Cary, NC; his grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Luke, Claire, Brock and Colby Cable.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of ACE at Caldwell House for their love, care and support.
